Welcome

Faith is vital in our restless society. But faith in what or perhaps better yet, in who? Is faith simply an abstract hope? A hope that this will happen or that things will improve?

The Bible gives answers to questions such as these that are relevant for us today. At Greensboro Baptist Church we study God’s Word to find His answers to help us in these days. The Bible tells us about trusting Jesus Christ and why we should put our faith in Him. We find answers that help us face the perplexities of this life. Faith in Jesus Christ gives answers both for the questions of eternity and the problems that we deal with while here on this earth.

Thought For The Week

“Noah didn’t have the right resume for the job of constructing the ark—he wasn’t a boat builder or even a carpenter. Noah was a farmer ... When opportunities to serve God come our way, we may not feel qualified for the work. Thankfully, God is not necessarily concerned with our skill set. He prizes our character, love for Him, and willingness to trust Him.”
